摘要
在基层党组织中开展创先争优活动已经成为全国党建工作的新浪潮。为响应新阶段党的要求,将深入开展创先争优活动落到实处,现提出在学生党员中组织以"学习型、服务型、创新型、实践型、教育型"为主要内容的"五型党员"争创活动,并积极构建学生党员"创先争优"活动的长效机制,为培养社会主义事业的接班人做出贡献。
It has become the new wave in the nation-wide party construction to carry out ＂contending for excellence＂ activities in grass-root Party organizations. To respond to the requirements of the Party in the new phase and to implement the ＂ contending for excellence＂ activities, we hereby propose to organize the ＂Five Aspect-based Party Member＂ （i.e. ＂Learningbased, Service-based, Innovation-based, Practice-based, and Education-based＂） competition among student Party members and actively build a long-term mechanism for student Party members to ＂contend for excellence＂, thereby making contributions to the cultivation of successors of the socialist cause.
