摘要
目的通过设计并实现门诊医嘱管理系统,解决目前"军字一号"门诊医生工作站系统无电子医嘱的现状。方法从"军字一号"数据库提取数据,利用PowerBuilder 9.0开发工具进行程序开发。结果系统实现将门诊电子处方转换为门诊电子医嘱数据的功能,并能根据电子医嘱数据自动生成医嘱单、医嘱执行单及输液标签。结论系统的应用减轻门诊医护工作者的工作负担,缩短门诊患者诊治的等待时间,填补了"军字一号"门诊医生工作站系统无电子医嘱的空缺,完善了门诊的计算机自动化办公。
Objective Through the design and development of outpatient medical orders management sys- tem, to solve the lacks of electronic medical orders in the current system of out - patient doctor workstation system of the ＂No. 1 Military Medical Project＂. Methods Data were extracted from the database of the ＂No. 1 Military Medical Project＂, and PowerBuilder 9.0 was used to develop the system. Results Outpatient electronic prescrip- tions can be converted to electronic medical orders, and according to the data of outpatient electronic medical or- ders, doctor＇s order sheet, performance sheet, and infusion label can be generated automatically. Conclusion The application of the system reduced the burden of out - patient healthcare workers, shorten the waiting time for diagnosis and treatment of outpatient, filled the vacancy of the ＂No. 1 Military Medical Project＂ outpatient doctor workstation system of electronic medical orders, improved office automation level of outpatient department.
