摘要
由单纯医疗型医院向研究型医院转变,是军队医院适应国内外发展形势、中国特色军事变革的必然要求,是贯彻落实科学发展观、提高卫勤保障能力、有效履行军队"三个提供、一个发挥"历史使命的客观需要。军队医院要以增强发展力、竞争力、凝聚力为重点,加强基础设施建设和精细化管理,不断提高科研创新能力,扎实推进研究型医院建设。
