摘要
清代中叶以降,在我国社会转型的大背景下,一批近代扬州学人的法律思想发生了深刻的变化。通过考察扬州学人对我国传统法律思想转型的贡献,我们不仅可以溯及扬州地方法治文化的渊源,还可以小见大,凭此勾画出中国法制近代化的轨迹,同时对发掘传统法律文化中的积极因素,促进地方法治发展也具有一定的理论价值。
Since the mid of Qing Dynasty,the legal thoughts of some Yangzhou scholars had taken profound changes in the process of Chinese social transformation.An exploration of their contribution to the evolution of traditional Chinese legal thoughts can not only trace back to the origin of the local legal culture of Yangzhou but also help sketch out the modernization of Chinese legal system as well as digging out the positive factors in the traditional legal culture so as to promote the development of Chinese local legal system.
