摘要
目的:探讨茵栀黄注射液对刀豆素蛋白A(Con A)诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤炎症调控的影响。方法:采用刀豆素蛋白诱导小鼠免疫性肝损伤,酶免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定肝内细胞因子(TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-4及IL-10)含量。结果:茵栀黄注射液组小鼠肝脏内细胞因子TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-4均明显减少(P<0.01)。细胞因子IL-10较ConA对照组有所升高(P<0.01)。结论:茵栀黄注射液能降低ConA诱导的小鼠免疫性肝损伤肝内炎症介质TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-4的分泌,增加调节性细胞因子IL-10的分泌,减轻肝脏细胞的炎症。
Objective：To investigate the mechanism of hepatoprotective effect of the Yin-zhi-huang Injection on ConA-induced immune liver injury in mice.Methods：The immune liver injury model of mouse was produced by Con A.TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-4 and IL-10 levels in liver tissue were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results：When mice were treated with ConA in the presence of Yin-zhi-huang Injection,the content TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-4 were decreased.While the content IL-10 was increased.Conclusion：Yin-zhi-huang Injection possessed hepatoprotective effect through inhibiting inflammation in liver tissue.
