摘要
结合医院图书馆的工作特点,从思想素质、业务素质、心理素质3个方面对医院图书馆员的素质提出了要求,指出馆员只有不断提升自己的素质,才能满足信息社会的需求,才能胜任现代化医院图书馆的工作。
Connecting with the operating features of hospital library, this paper puts forward some requirements for hospital librarians from three aspects of ideological quality, professional quality and psychological quality, and points out that librarians must constantly improve their own quality for meeting the demand of information society and being for the work of modern hospital library.
