摘要
核电站高压加热器换热管大量使用铁素体不锈钢TP439焊管。介绍了TP439焊管的特性,提出了在管子制造、胀接和质量控制等方面必须注意的问题,以便正确使用该材料管子。
Welded tubes of ferrite stainless steel TP439 are widely used as heat-exchange pipes for high- pressure feedwater heater of nuclear stations, of which the features are introduced hereby. Noteworthy items are proposed simultaneously, such as in the period of tube manufacturing, expanding connection, quality control, etc., so as to use the tube material correctly.
