摘要
研究应用视频摄像设备对山东省青岛市周围3条高速公路进行交通流运行数据采集,得出我国东部典型地区车流运行特性。并通过与1998年广佛高速公路车流运行特性对比分析,发现我国现状高速公路交通流运行特性与过去相比车流运行速度选择空间趋于集中,变化范围在75～115km/h,较1998年有所提升。研究成果可为开展新一轮公路工程设计规范编制提供决策支持。
The purpose of this paper is to make a comparative analysis of expressway traffic flow cha racteristics for development of China and put forward the reasonable account for modifying the design spe- cifications of expressway engineering facilities. Three expressways of Qingdao City are chosen as the re search objects and the method of video camera recording is used to get the traffic flow characteristics. Com- pared the characteristics with the previous （belong to 1998）, it is found that the present situation of expre- ssway traffic operating speed choice space tend to be concentrated range from 75 to 115 km/h. It is higher than previous and there are many over-speeding phenomenon needs to pay attention to.
