摘要
本文认为 ,亚洲货币基金是亚洲社会唯一可行的防范未来国际金融风险的制度选择。亚洲货币基金作为区域性的宏观导向机构 ,至少可在四个方面发挥功能作用 :( 1)建立监测金融市场异常变化的早期预警系统 ,为成员国提出及时和深入的分析、判断与建议 ;( 2 )对各成员经济体按照严格的国际标准进行信息披露、企业审计、金融体制监管等方面的监督 ;( 3 )通过集中成员国的部分外汇储备以及从国际资本市场筹集资金 ,取得较充足的流动性 ,以便应付可能发生的金融危机 ;( 4)对已陷入困境的成员国安排及时与有效的紧急援助。作者提出 ,为保护与扩展我国的国家利益 。
