Research on Parameterization Method for Reentry Capsule Model

摘要 返回舱气动布局的优化设计工作需要随时更新模型和网格。针对气动布局的参数化生成,通过网格点法、拟合曲线等方法完成参数化的适用性较差,计算量较大。提出采用三维建模SolidWorks软件,应用VB语言编写驱动程序对该软件进行二次开发是一种可靠的参数化方法,主要应用解析函数法求解返回舱外形几何特征尺寸,能够准确快速地参数化生成全新的多种格式的布局外形,易于操作,能够自动化运行。应用改进方法,完成了类Clipper返回舱的参数化生成及初步优化设计工作,为实际系统的优化设计研究打下基础。 The parameterization is needed urgently in the aerodynamic shape optimization. The grid point method and fitting curve method are hard to be widely applied. The work in this paper was based on the SolidWorks software, using the drivers writed by VB language. The geometry characteristic parameters were calculated by solving the func- tions. The method was developed to parameterized reentry capsule, and was easy to operate and automation. The Clipper reentry capsule was parameterized by this method and optimized by an optimization software. This work can be the groundwork of the future optimization works.
