摘要
装运机构是掘进机的一个重要组成部分,其装载运输能力大小直接决定着整机的生产能力。文章从使用角度介绍了掘进机装运机构在使用过程中暴露出的一些问题,对装运机构进行改进设计,使掘进机装运机构结构更简单,工作更可靠,降低生产成本,延长掘进机整体使用寿命。
A loading and conveying mechanism is an important composition part of the mine roadheader and the size of the loading and conveying capacity will directly determine the production capacity of the completed machine. From a view of the application, the paper introduced some problems occurred in the application process of the loading and conveying mechanism in the mine roadheader. An improved design was conducted on the loading and conveying mechanism. Thus the loading and conveying mechanism of the mine roadheader could be simpler, the operation would be more reliable, the production cost would be reduced and the service life of the roadheader could be longer.
