摘要
针对重组整合矿巷道掘进通过采空区时围岩稳定性差,掘进、支护困难的现状,通过理论分析、方案设计、现场工业性试验,建立了采空区内掘进巷道围岩综合控制技术体系。根据掘进巷道开挖过程中遇到的三种不同情况提出了巷道掘进前高冒区充填注浆构成人工假顶及掘进时钻孔超前注浆提高围岩强度技术方法,提出了锚杆(索)网与料石墙工字钢混凝土背板棚联合支护的多层次综合支护技术方法,解决了采空区覆岩强度低、自承结构能力小的围岩控制技术难题。实践表明,采用综合控制技术有效保证了巷道围岩稳定,对类似条件下的井巷施工具有重要的借鉴意义。
According to the status of the rock poor stability of the surrounding, difficulties of the driving and support when a gateway driving passing through a goaf, with a theoretical analysis, plan design and site industrial trial, a comprehensive control technology system of the surrounding rocks along the gateway driving in a goal was established. According to three different conditions occurred during the excavation process of the driving gateway, an artificial roof formed with backfill grouting in the high falling zone before the gateway driving and the surrounding rock strength technology method improved with the borehole advance grouting were provided. And a multi layer comprehensive support method with bolt (anchor) /steel mesh, stone wall and H type steel shield support with pre -concrete back board combined support was provided to solve the control technical problems of the surrounding rock with low strength overburden strata and low self support structure capacity. The practices showed that the application of the comprehensive technology cou]d effectively ensure the surrounding rock stability of the gateway and could have important reference significances to the mine roadway construction under the similar conditions,
