摘要
矿产管理涉及到很多方面的内容。本文从经济学角度出发,分析矿产管理中的资源化、资产化、资本化的差别,研究矿产管理资源化、资产化、资本化三位一体的关键问题,分析矿产资本化过程和中国矿产管理体制的存在问题。最后,提出实现矿产管理三位一体的决策建议。
Minerals management involves many problems. The aim of this article is to introduce the differetiation of resources, assets, capitals in the minerals management, and to study the key issues of a management model which put resources, assets and capitals of minerals management together. Analysis of the problems of Chinese mineral management system is also presented. Finally, this paper demonstrates some recommenda-tions about how to realize the trinity of minerals management.
