摘要
近年来,全球矿业勘查投资持续升温,跨国矿业并购活跃。我国矿业境外投资表现出投资总量持续增加、形式多元化的特点。我国矿业企业在积极参与国际投资与合作中,存在着融资难、勘查开发风险大等问题。本文在分析我国矿业境外投资特点和存在问题的基础上,提出了建立风险评估体系、拓宽融资渠道,以及矿业企业社会责任等建议。
The global mining exploration investment and cross-border M＆A are increasing in recent years. Based on the situation that mining industry foreign investment of china has shown significant growth and tend to diversified. This article analyzes the difficulties on mining foreign investment. That should be established a risk assessment system, broaden the financing channels, as well as mining of corporate social responsibility.
