摘要
目的:对江苏省民营中医医疗机构的现状进行调查,为政府制订相关政策提供有效数据和科学依据。方法:采用问卷和访谈的形式对江苏省所辖七个市的民营中医医疗机构的现状进行调查。结果:调查的446家民营中医医疗机构平均每家医疗机构的床位数在2张左右,人员组成以医师为主,平均医护比较低,六成以上医师具有大专以上学历,近七成的医师为45岁以上的中老年医师,擅长主治病种以内科杂病最多,就诊患者近八成来源于镇、村,以中老年患者为主,医疗机构的年收入大多在10万左右,收入偏低是其面临的最主要困难,最希望得到政策支持和政府重视。结论:民营中医医疗机构要提高竞争力,其自身要突出中医特色优势,加强专科专病特色建设,也需要政府部门完善各项配套政策,引导其健康发展。
Objective To investigate the status of private medical institutions of Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province, and provide references for the government to formulate relevant policies. Methods The status of private medical institutions of Chinese Medicine in seven cities of Jiangsu Province was surveyed with questionnaires and interview. Results For the 446 private medical institutions of Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province,each institution averagely had 2 sickbeds. Most of professionals were physi- cians. The average ratio of physicians to nurses was relatively low. More than 60% of physicians had education background of jun- ior college and above. Nearly 70% of physicians were middle-aged. Nearly 80% of patients came from towns and villages and mainly were elderly. The annual income of institutions was about 100,000 RMB. The main difficulty faced by the institutions was low income,which was expected to be supported by policies and the government. Conclusion To improve the competitiveness of private medical institutions of Chinese Medicine, the characteristics of Chinese Medicine should be highlighted, construction of special diseases treatment should be strengthened, and policies from the government should also be improved to guide their healthy development.
