摘要
针对当前烟草企业仓储物流管理效率较低的问题,提出了将RFID技术应用于仓储管理全过程的设计构想;同时介绍了RFID技术的系统结构、优势特征以及应用领域,提出了基于RFID技术的烟草仓储管理系统架构,给出了RFID技术在关键环节中的应用流程。该方法与传统的基于条码技术的仓储管理系统相比,提高了烟草产品的识别率,避免了重复扫码,可实现仓储物流的自动化、信息化管理,有效提高仓储各个环节的工作效率,降低了物流成本。研究表明,该系统具有良好的实用性和可行性。
To solve the problems of low efficiency of warehouse and logistics management in tobacco enterprises, the paper puts forward the application of RFID technology in the whole process of warehouse management. This paper introduces the system structure, advantageous features and application fields of RFID technology, proposes the system architecture of tobacco warehouse management based on RFID technology, and gives the application process of RFID technology in the key link of warehouse management. Compared with the traditional warehouse management system based on bar code, the proposed system improves the recognition rate of tobacco products, avoids repeated bar code scanning, realizes the automation and information of warehouse management in tobacco enterprises, improves the efficiency and reduces the logistics cost. Research indicates that the system has good practicability and feasibility.
