摘要
中国大学内部管理体制在"党委会"、"校长办公会"、"学术委员会"与"教代会"的机制下,形成了管理主体的多元非共治格局。在这个格局中,四大管理主体在自身利益驱动下,在运行中都存在着各自的主要问题。如何在多元非共治格局中形成多元共治的和谐样态,需从公共管理学与多元共治理念视角对四大主体问题的消解之法进行探讨。
The party committee, the president committee, the academic committee and the teachers' congress comprise the internal management system of the Chinese university. As these four management subjects work separately according to their own interests, there are problems with the present system. Solutions to these problems by achieving co-governance in this situation can only be found from the public management theory and the concept of multiple co-governance.
