摘要
地方特色文化数据库建设可以增强区域文化影响力、公共文化服务力和先进文化凝聚力。文章在对安徽特色文化数据库建设现状进行调研的基础上,指出当前存在的问题,并提出特色文化数据库建设应遵循总体规划领导、建立长效保障机制、确定收录原则、设计数据库结构框架、统一建库软件和数据标准、共建共享等原则。
The construction of local featured culture databases can promote the influence of local culture, the service force of public culture and the cohesive force of advanced culture. Based on the investigation of＂ the present situation of the construction of Anhui featured culture databases, this article points out the existing problems in the construction of databases of local culture. Some measures are presented in the article, such as, overall planning and leadership, establishing of long-term security mechanism, determining the collection principle, designing the database structure frame, unified standard of database software and data, and joint-construction and sharing of the database.
