摘要
目的:分析武汉市某三甲医院子宫平滑肌瘤住院费用水平、构成及其影响因素,寻找控制该病种费用的关键因素,提出相应的政策建议。方法:使用构成比进行统计描述,使用W检验和累积Logistic模型进行统计推断。结果:该病种住院费用分布不符合正态分布;该病种对药费比例的控制做得相对较好;实际住院天数、术前住院天数和出院情况是该病种住院费用的影响因素。结论:降低住院天数和术前住院天数,科学寻找该病种的最佳临床路径。
Objectives： This paper analyzes the hospitalization expense of leiomyoma of uterus in a certain third class hospital, including its level, constitution and influencing factors in Wuhan. After exploring the key factors of expense control, some suggestions are proposed. Methods： Percentile and proportion are used in descriptive statistics. Meanwhile, W test and cumulative Logistic regression model are used in statistical reference. Results： The distribution of expense is not normal distribution but the percentage of drug expense is lower than standard. Length of stay, length of stay before surgery and condition of leave hospital are the significant influencing factors. Conclusions： Decreasing length of stay and length of stay before surgery and exploring its best clinical pathway to control its expense. Key Words Hospitalization Expense; Leiomyoma of uterus
