前牙二氧化锆全瓷冠与镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复的临床对比分析 被引量：41

摘要 目的探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠与镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复前牙的临床疗效。方法选取牙科患者的104颗前牙,随机分为2组,对照组56颗采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复,观察组48颗采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复,均随访1 a后,比较2组前牙的各项临床指标和不良反应情况。结果观察组边缘密合度分级情况、修复体折裂情况、颜色匹配情况、牙龈边缘染色情况均明显好于对照组,2组各临床指标比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(8%)明显低于对照组(32%)(P<0.05)。结论采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙临床效果明显好于镍铬合金烤瓷冠,美观,耐用性好,不良反应较少,值得临床推广使用。
