摘要 提出基于层次分析法的轨道交通运营管理评估方法:首先确定轨道交通运营管理评估指标,其由3个一级指标和8个二级指标组成,并由同层指标的相对重要度组成判断矩阵;然后通过对8个二级指标的实际考核,获得相应的年评价分值,按照层次分析法计算出轨道交通运营管理评估等级。以上海轨道交通1号线为例进行评估分析。结果表明,基于层次分析法的轨道交通运营管理评估具有一定的实用性与有效性。 Management evaluation of rail transit operation is very important to improve the management quality, in which the evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process is introduced. Firstly, the evaluation indexes for rail transit operation management shall be determined, which include 3 first- class assessment indexes and 8 second-class assessment indexes; a judgment matrix is then formed by the relative importance of the evaluation indexes on the same level. Secondly, the weight of each evaluation index is obtained, and the evaluation value of rail transit operation management is gained according to the level of each second-class index and the absolute weight of the index. Finally, the case of Shanghai metro Line 1 is analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the management evaluation of rail transit operation based on analytic hierarchy process has a good practicability and effectiveness.
