ICT Numerical Data Collection/Dissemination Cases and Their Enlightment on Intelligence Analysis

摘要 探讨了数值数据对情报分析的重要性,重点针对ICT领域,以国际电信联盟及经济合作与发展组织为例,总结其数值来源和收集/发布等方法,以期为ICT或更广领域的情报分析奠定基础。 This paper probes into the importance of numerical data to intelligence analysis,and taking International Telecommunication Union（ITU） and Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development（OECD） as the examples,and focusing on the field of information communication and technology（ICT）,sums up their numerical sources and collection/dissemination method for laying the foundation for ICT or intelligence analysis in a wider range of areas.
