摘要
阐述了高校图书馆员队伍建设中存在的问题,在剖析这些问题产生根源的基础上,提出了建立现代化高校图书馆员队伍的措施。
This paper expounds some problems existing in the construction of university librarian team,and based on analyzing the sources of these problems,puts forward some measures for establishing modern university librarian team.
