摘要
司法工作者的素质在法律实施的过程中起着十分重要的作用 ,目前我国法制还在不断建设、不断完善的过程中 ,探讨司法工作者的素质构成很有必要。本文拟就新时期司法人员的素质构成 ,作一简要阐述。
The quality of the judicial staff plays a very important role in the course of the practice of law. At persent time, since the legal system of our country is being increasingly set up and improved, it is necessary to study the ingredients of the quality for the judicial staff in our country. This article will give a brief description about the ingredients of the quality for the judicial staff in the new time.
