含吡咯亚胺铁(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、表征及晶体结构:位阻效应对配位形式的影响 被引量:1

Synthesis,characterization and crystal structure of iron(Ⅱ) complex containing iminopyrrolyl ligands: the steric effect

摘要 合成两种含吡咯亚胺铁(Ⅱ)配合物Fe[(2-C4H3N(CH=NR]2(1)和Fe[(2-t-Bu-5-C4H3N(CH=NR]2(2)(R=2-MeOPh),并进行元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振以及X-射线衍射表征.结构分析表明,这两种配合物都含有两个吡咯亚胺配体,但位阻效应对配位形式的影响明显,其中配合物1中的金属铁离子与4个氮原子以及1个氧原子配位,形成五配位的变形平面锥体构型,而配合物2则是由金属铁离子与4个氮原子配位形成变形的四面体结构. The title complexes Fe[(2-C4H3N(CH=NR]2(1) and Fe[(2-t-Bu-5-C4H3N(CH=NR]2(2)(R = 2-MeOPh) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy,and X-ray diffraction.The molecular structure showed that both of the title complexes contains two iminopyrrolyl ligands.The steric effect from ligand influence the binding mode: in complex 1,the Fe(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms and one oxygen atoms to form a distorted 5-coordinated square pyramidal geometry;in complex 2,the Fe(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms to form a distorted 4-coordinated tetrahedral geometry.
