摘要
目的探讨经腋下皱襞内窥镜辅助下行副乳切除的可行性及美学特点。方法于腋下皱襞线上做一长约2.5 cm的切口,经内窥镜辅助行皮下及深筋膜浅层分离,完整取出副乳组织。结果 30例均顺利完成手术,病理检查为乳腺组织,切口均I期愈合,随访3个月～2年,术后效果良好。结论经腋下内窥镜辅助下副乳切除术安全有效,操作简单,视野清晰,瘢痕隐蔽,值得推广运用。
Objective To investigate the clinical feasibility and cosmetic feature of endoscopy resection of accessory breast with axillary incision.Methods The operation was performed on accessory mammary glands under endoscop in transverse crease of axillary.Results Operation was successfull in all the 30 cases,and diagnosed as mammary glands tissues by the pathological examination.All wounds healed by first intention.Follow-up observation for 3-24 months,and the effect was good.Conclusion Endoscopy assisted resection of accessory breast with axillary incision is safe,easy,good cosmetic effects and is worthy recommendation.
