摘要
目的了解河北省农村居民酒后驾驶行为的流行情况及影响因素,为全面开展农村道路交通安全治理和宣传教育工作提供依据。方法采取多阶段随机抽样的方法,对河北省2市4县1088名有饮酒行为的农村居民进行问卷调查。结果 50.8%男性和24.1%女性饮酒者每周饮酒3次以上;男、女性有害饮酒率分别为92.2%和8.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);农村居民酒驾率为69.6%;酒后机动车驾驶率为33.7%,其中汽车为28.6%,摩托车为71.4%。酒后驾驶行为在不同居住地、性别、文化程度及年龄组间存在差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论河北省农村居民饮酒频率高,有害饮酒行为及酒后驾驶行为流行严重,建议加强宣传教育,加大酒驾治理力度。
Objective To understand prevalence and related influence factors of drunk driving behaviors in rural areas of Hebei Province, and provide evidence for implementation of road traffic safety control and health education. Methads Multi-staged random sampling method was used for sample selection, and 1088 rural residents with drinking behav- iors were investigated by questionnaire from 2 cities and 4 counties of Hebei Province. Results 50. 8% of men and 24. 1% of women drinkers drank more than three times every week. The rates of harmful drinking among men and women were 92. 2% and 8. 7% , respectively, and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈0.01 ）. The rate of drunk driving in rural residents was 69. 6%. The rate of vehicle drunk driving was 33.7% , including 28. 6% in driving car and 71.4% in driving motorcycle. The drunk driving behaviors had statistical significance in different residence, gender, edu-cation level and age group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The prevalence of drinking in rural residents of Hebei Province was high, and the behaviors of harmful drinking and drunk driving were seriously. It is suggested to strengthen the propaganda and education on traffic safety, and increase the supervision and management of drunk driving.
