摘要
目的探讨心功能不全患者血清CRP、BNP、LVEF与心功能分级相关关系。方法采用非配对的t检验对心功能不全组与对照组患者CRP、BNP、LVEF进行比较。采用pearson相关分析对心功能不全组患者CRP、BNP、LVEF之间相关关系及CRP、BNP、LVEF与患者心功能分级之间关系进行分析。采用pearson相关分析法以分析心功能不全患者CRP、BNP、LVEF与发病时间相关关系,并将心功能不全患者按发病时间分组后分析CRP、BNP、LVEF与心功能分级之间相关关系。结果心功能不全组与对照组患者CRP之间差异没有统计学意义。BNP与心功能分级显著相关,LVEF与心功能分级显著负相关,CRP与心功能分级不相关。心功能不全患者CRP与发病时间明显负相关。心功能不全患者按发病时间分组后,BNP与心功能分级显著相关,LVEF与心功能分级均显著负相关,而CRP与心功能分级不相关。结论 CRP不能反应患者心功能分级情况,BNP与LVEF是反应患者心功能分级的可靠指标。
Objective To analyze the correlation Between C-reactive Protein,Brain Natriuretic Peptide,Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction And cardiac function classification in Patients with Heart Failure.Methods The levels of C-reactive Protein,Brain Natriuretic Peptide,Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction between heart failure group and control group were compared by analysis of Independent- Samples T Test.The correlationship between C-reactive Protein, Brain Natriuretic Peptide,Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction and cardiac function classification and the correlationship between C-reactive Protein,Brain Natriuretic Peptide,Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction and disease time were analyzed by using Pearson Test. We also analyze the the correlationship between C-reactive Protein,Brain Natriuretic Peptide,Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction and cardiac function classification in heart failure patients with different disease time.Results There was no statistical difference of C-reactive protein between heart failure group and control group.The C-reactive protein levels and disease time were obviously correlated in heart failure pantients.The levels of Brain Natriuretic Peptide,Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction were also obviously correlated with cardiac function classification in heart failure pantients group and in heart failure patients with different disease time.Cone I us ion Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction are reliable predicators of cardiac functionclassification.
