血源筛查核酸检测应用现状及研发中应关注的问题 被引量:1

摘要 目的阐述血源筛查核酸检测应用现状及企业研发过程中应关注的问题,以期提高我国的核酸检测技术在血源筛查中的应用及研发水平。方法根据我国现行的相关法规要求,针对我国核酸检测技术用于血筛的研究现状和核酸检测血筛试剂研发中应关注的几个具体问题,对比该技术应用较先进的国家或地区,结合我国血源筛查核酸检测技术的实际情况进行分析。结果我国现阶段的核酸检测技术领域的发展相对较落后,因此除了引进成熟的核酸检测血筛技术外,还应提高国产核酸检测试剂的质量和自动化,逐步完善国产血液核酸检测系统。结论我国要通过不断完善国产血液核酸检测系统,以降低相应的检测费用,使新技术更广泛的在国内推广使用,从而进一步提高我国的血液安全水平。
