轨交机电设备监控系统中的PLC控制标准化探讨

摘要 由于建设时间的差异,上海轨交线路及车站机电设备监控系统(EMCS)采用的设备品牌和平台均有所不同,各条线路均未能实现统一的操作流程和界面,造成EMCS的状况和水平参差不齐。EMCS一般采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)进行现场设备的监控,其界面组态和操作流程都与PLC相关。车站设备PLC控制的标准化研究将有助于提高轨交运营管理水平。 Due to different construction time,the electrical and mechanical control systems ( EMCS) for running tunnels and stations of Shanghai rail transit line are different in brand and platform. Thus,the uniform operational process and interface are not realized in every rail transit line. And the lack of management control results in various management levels of EMCS. Generally,EMCS use a programmable logic controller ( PLC) to realize site monitoring and its interface configuration and operational processes associate with the PLC. The PLC control standardization study of station equipment will improve the rail transit operational management level.
