摘要
SaaS离线应用是SaaS技术研究的一个新兴方向,提供了离线状态下对SaaS平台的支持,进一步拓展了SaaS平台,而多用户冲突正是SaaS离线应用中的最重要的研究方面和难点之一。针对该问题,本文提出了一种新的SaaS离线应用中多用户冲突的解决模型,提出并改进了数据版本管理策略、用户策略、关键数据谨慎等相关策略,结合现有web离线应用技术与SaaS平台特点,解决了多个不同用户离线修改数据造成服务器数据不一致的问题。该模型适用于大部分现有SaaS平台,但由于SaaS平台的多样性,可根据具体SaaS平台特点加以改进。
The off-line applications in SaaS is a newly born research focus of SaaS technology research, provides the support for the platform of SaaS in the offline condition and will further expand the SaaS platform.The problem of multi-user conflict is exactly one of the most important and difficult issues. Aimed at the problem, this paper proposed a new multiuser conflict resolution model for the offline applications in SaaS, proposed and improved the related policies, including data version strategy, user strategy, caution for critical data and so on, Combining with existing offline application technology and the SaaS platform＇s characteristics, and solving the problem that produced different versions of the same data for Data synchronization in the online condition because of a multi-user updated opertions for the same version data in the off-line condition. This model is applicable to the most existing SaaS platforms, however, because of the Diversity for the SaaS platform,it can be improved according to the specific characteristics of the SaaS platform.
