摘要
由于石油天然气管道大都建设在比较偏僻地段,而且线路长度长达数百公里甚至数千公里,给人工采集相应数据带来很大不便,特别是在遇到恶劣天气时,人工采集数据就变的十分困难,甚至导致无法进行数据采集。因此需要设计一个基于无线传感器网络,能实现数据自动采集,无线传输,人工管理的系统来克服现有管道运输中以低效率的人工方式进行的局限,保障管道安全运行。本文以现今的无线传感器网络技术为背景,先后改进了基于CC1110单片机的阴极保护数据采集通信节点,移植了iWSN网络传输协议和开发了能与这些无线传感器节点进行通信,获取管道阴极数据的上位机控制软件。从软硬件两方面入手,通信节点采用了CC1110片上系统(SoC)超低功耗微控制器与CC110X/CC2500RF收发器,保证了整个远传系统的低功耗,并给出了各部分的工作原理图、硬件模块和控制软件实现。经过现场的测试,能够对石油管道进行有效监测和管理。
Since most of the oil and gas pipelines are constructed in the remote lots, and the line length is up to hundreds of km or even thousands of km, this has brought great inconvenience to the manual collection of the corresponding data. Especially in bad weather, it becomes very difficult in the manual collecting data, and even prevents data acquisition. Therefore it is necessary to design a system based on wireless sensor network, which can realize automatic data acquisition, wireless transmission, and artificial management to overcome the limit of low efficiency and artificial way transport in the existing pipeline to guarantee the safe operation of the pipeline. Based on today's wireless sensor network technology, the paper improves the cathodic protection data acquisition communication node based on CC1110 SCM, transplants iWSN network transmission protocol, and develops the PC controlling software which corresponds to the WSN node and collects pipeline cathodic data. From two aspects of software and hardware, communication node adopts low-power consumption micro controller based on CC 1110 chip system (SoC) and CC 110X/CC2500RF transceiver and ensures that the whole remote transmission system is of low power consumption, and gives the working principle diagram, hardware module and controlling software realization. This system is able to monitor and manage oil pipeline efficiently.
