摘要
针对海岛反渗透海水淡化系统的监控需求,该文提出了一种基于Profinet和Profibus的集成网络控制系统,从网络结构、硬件组态以及软件开发等方面进行了阐述,并在山东灵山岛300 m3/d反渗透海水淡化工程中应用。运行结果表明,本控制系统具有组态简单、安装布线成本低、可扩展能力强等优点,在海水淡化领域具有很好的应用前景。
According to the monitoring demand of reverse osmosis（RO）seawater desalination system used on island,the integrated network control system based on Profinet and Profibus was studied in this paper.The network structure,hardware configuration and software development of the control system were discussed,and this control system had also been used in LingShan island 300m3/d reverse osmosis seawater desalination project in Shandong province.The operation results show that the control system has many advantages,such as simple configuration,easy installation,lower cost,scalability and expansibility.So,this technology shows a good perspective in the field of seawater desalination.
