摘要
流程工业过程控制系统在计算机上的仿真技术存在着大型对象建模困难、数据集成度低、模块之间数据接口实现困难、缺乏人机交互界面设计等问题。针对这些问题,文中提出了一种流程工业过程控制仿真平台的架构设计,采用VC、VB、COM组件、ASP.NET、数据库等多种计算机技术将流程工业过程控制的流程模拟、先进控制、数据存储管理、人机交互等功能融合为一体,成为一个完整的仿真平台,该平台具有功能丰富、人机交互界面友好、操作方便快捷、数据利用率高、易于功能扩展等特点,在石化企业炼油过程的加氢裂化流程模拟与优化中获得有效应用,创造出巨大的经济效益。
There are some problems in the computer simulation technology of process industry process control system,such as the difficulty of large object modeling,low level of data integration,difficulty in interface implementation between modules,lack of human-computer interactive interface.To solve these problems,in the paper proposes an architecture design of process control simulation platforefm which was implemented by VC,VB,COM components,ASP.NET,database and some other computer techniques.This simulation platform consists of a varieties of functions such as process simulation,advanced control,data storage and management,human-computer interaction,and has a collective characteristics of function enrichment,friendly human-computer interface,easy and convenient to operate,high data availability,easy extension characteristics for function.This simulation platform performs an effective application in hydrocracking process simulation and optimization of petrochemical enterprises refinery process,and creates a huge economic benefits.
