摘要
基于新能源发电项目的环境影响特征,结合传统能源发电项目规划环境影响评价的研究思路和方法,筛选了新能源发电项目规划的主要环境影响因素,建立了新能源发电项目规划的环境影响评价指标体系。
Based on the characteristics of environmental impact of new energy power generation project,combining with the research idea and method of environmental impact assessment of traditional energy power generation project plan,the main environmental impact factors of new energy power generation project plan were selected,and the index system for environmental impact assessment of new energy power generation project plan was established.
