摘要
56 0只 7日龄健康罗曼雏鸡随机分为 8组 ,每组 70只。分别注射黄芪多糖、香茹多糖、复方中药多糖环磷酰胺。分别在实验前及实验后第 4、8、18、2 8、38天采血并涂片 ,测定淋巴细胞百分率及ANAE+淋巴细胞百分率。实验结果表明 :黄芪多糖 ,香菇多糖和复方多糖可使淋巴细胞百分率升高 ,ANAE+淋巴细胞百分率升高 ,复方多糖的效果优于单一多糖 ,环磷酰胺使T ,B淋巴细胞显著下降 ,B淋巴细胞下降程度大于T淋巴细胞。
d_old chickens (Roman) were divided into eight groups at random,each group has seventy chickens.The chickens were vaccined with Astragalan,Leutinan,compound polysaccharide and cyclophosphamide.All chickens were bled and smeared before injected,and on the 4th,8th,18th,28th,38th day post_vaccination,the percentage of lymphocyte and ANAE + were determined.The results showed Astragalan,Leuinnan and the compound polysaccharide may increase the percentage of lymphocyte transformatios and ANAE +,and the effect of the compound polysaccharide exceeded the single polysaccharide.Cyclophosphamide declined the level of T,B lymphocyte apparently,and the decreasing extent of B lymphocyte is high than that of the T lymphocyte.
