摘要
用NDVColon_30株病毒接种非免疫鸡胚 ,制备抗原液 ,经甲醛灭活后与纯化的天然免疫增强剂蜂胶乳化 ,研制成功鸡新城疫蜂胶灭活疫苗 ,对制品的安全性和免疫原性进行了测定 ,对 3~ 6周龄易感雏鸡以 2倍使用剂量肌肉注射 ,安全性良好 ,对 1日龄雏鸡接种 1个使用剂量 ,进行急性毒性试验观测 ,15天生长曲线表明 ,对雏鸡无影响 ,对 3~ 6周龄雏鸡注射 1个使用剂量 ,每批疫苗免疫 10只鸡 ,免疫 5~ 32天鸡血清中ND血凝抑制 (HI)抗体的几何平均滴度 (GMT)分别为 4.8~ 9.8log2 ,对鸡新城疫免疫攻毒试验表明 ,3批疫苗 ,每羽份含有的半数保护量 (PD50 )分别为≥ 131和≥ 12 7。
batches of the propolis Adjuvant inactivated vaccine against Nescastle disease were producted with Nescastle dissease virus Clone_30.The former was harvested from the infected experimentally chicken embryos.No abnormal signs were observed on the 10 aged 3~6 weeks old chickens injected with 1ml of the vaccine (i.e.2 immune dose)and no influences on the body weight gain curve in the following 1~15 days after injected with 0.5ml Vaccine (i.e.one immune dose)at the one day old were manifested by the 10 chicks.Vaccination of the 3~6 weeks old chickens with the vaccine induced the hemagglutination inhibition(HI)antibody titer to ND in geometric mean 4.8~9.8log2 in the following 5~32 days by the 3 batches respectively.The 50%protective dose per vaccine dose(PD 50 /dose)were≥127and≥131 respectively.
