摘要
应用植物油代替矿物油制备ND油苗 ,植物油苗里油相中含 2 .5 %或 5 %蜂蜡 (BW ,乳化剂 ) ,油相和水相比例为 4∶1,植物油苗免疫来航易感鸡 ,并采血检测血清HI抗体效价 ,全部 5 %BW植物油苗的HI抗体和对照矿物苗HI抗体无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而大多数 2 .5 %BW植物油苗 (2 .5 %BW花生油苗除外 )及 2 .5 %直溶BW植物油苗 ,大多数 5 %直溶BW植物油苗 (5 %直溶BW玉米油苗除外 )的HI抗体都明显低于 (P <0 .0 5 )对照矿物油苗 ,植物油苗注射局部反应明显轻于对照矿物油苗 ,这一研究结果表明植物油比矿物油更适用于制备家禽油乳剂苗。
Vegetable oils were used as replacements for mineral oil in ND oil-emulsion vaccines.2.5 percent or 5 percent of beewax(BW) of the oil phase that was used to prepare water_in_oil emulsion vaccines that contained a final concentration of 20% aqueous antigen.White leghorn chickens were vaccinated and bled for their serlogic HI titers testing.The HI titers of all vegetable oil vaccines with 5% BW were not significantly different from those of control mineral oil vaccine.but the HI titers of most vegetable oil vaccines with 2.5%BW(except peanut oil vaccine with 2.5% BW)were significantly lower than the control mineral oil vaccine.The HI titers of vegetable oil vaccines with 2.5% and 5% direct_melted BW (except the corn oil vaccine with 5% direct_melted BW)were significantly lower than control mineral oil vaccine.Tissue reactions associated with vegetable oil vaccines were less severe than those associated with mineral oil vaccine.These findings indicate that any of the several vegetable oil may be more suitable than mineral oil for preparation of poultry oil_emulsion vaccines.
