摘要
HN毒株为从我省某鸡场患有呼吸道症状和腺胃病变的病鸡中分离到的一株病毒 ,在鸡胚中能稳定传代并具有规律性死亡和典型胚胎病变特征。HN毒株对热、乙醚和氯仿敏感 ,耐酸 (pH3.0 )、耐碱 (pH11.0 ) ,能抵抗 1%胰蛋白酶 ,能在鸡胚中干扰鸡新城疫病毒LaSota株的增殖。试验结果表明 。
HN strain,which was isolated from diseased chickens with respiratory symptom and proventriculus changes,has stably passed in chicken embryos and caused the chicken embryos regular death and typical pathological changes.The HN strain was sensitive to heat,ether and chloroform,stable at pH3.0 and pH11.0,resistant to 1% trypsin.The HN virus interfered the growth of Newcastle disease (ND) virus LaSota strain in chicken embryos.All the results showed that physical and chemical properties of the HN strain accorded with infectious bronchitis virus.
