丁酸钾对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率和养分消化率的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究丁酸钾对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率和养分消化率的影响。选用240头同一品种且体质量相近的24日龄(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪,随机分为4个处理组,每组6个重复,每重复10头猪。I组为对照组,饲喂不含丁酸钾的基础日粮,II、III和IV组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%、0.10%和0.15%的丁酸钾。试验期42 d。结果表明:在试验前期(24~45日龄),各组养分消化率、腹泻率和生长性能差异不显著。在试验后期(46~66日龄),丁酸钾可提高各养分的消化率,且当添加量为0.05%和0.10%时效果最佳,与对照组间差异显著;当添加量为0.05%时,仔猪有最高的日采食量和日增质量且与其他各组间差异显著,腹泻率最低且与其他各组差异显著。结果表明:在试验条件下,日粮中添加0.05%的丁酸钾为最佳添加剂量。
