摘要
要全面适应并促进 2 1世纪林业科技事业的发展 ,必须改革林业科技人才的培养模式。文中分析了新世纪林业科技人才的基本素质要求 ,并对高等林业教育培养模式中的几个关键领域进行了探讨 ,提出了值得思考的专业观、学生观、教师观、教学观和学校观。
It is necessary to reform the training mode of forestry undergraduates in order to fit and advance the development of forestry science and technology in the 21st century.This paper analyzes the basic qualities of forestry undergraduates in 21st century.On that basis,some new viewpoints on specialized subject,undergraduate,teacher,teaching and running a school of higher forestry education are preliminarily discussed.
