Th17应答在哮喘发病机制中作用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 支气管哮喘是一种T淋巴细胞相关的慢性呼吸系统非特异性炎症性疾病。自从Mosmann等发现以分泌白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-2、干扰素γ(interferonγ,IFN-γ)为特征的辅助性T淋巴细胞(helper T lymphocyte,Th)1和以分泌IL-4、IL-5、IL-13为特征的Th2细胞以来,Th1/Th2应答失衡一直被认为是经典的发病机制而应用于支气管哮喘的研究中。
