摘要
目的观察星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗急性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法将74例急性面神经炎患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各37例。对照组患者给予腺苷钴胺、维生素B1、地塞米松、阿昔洛韦等药物治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗方案的基础上给予SGB治疗。两组患者均连续治疗4周,病程超过1周的患者予电针治疗。根据患者面神经功能的改善情况进行疗效评价。结果治疗4周后,两组患者面神经功能评分值均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者神经功能的评分和疗效优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SGB、电针、药物联合治疗急性面神经炎的疗效优于传统治疗方法。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of stellate ganglion block（SGB） in treatment of acute facial neuritis. Methods 74 patients with acute facial neuritis were divided into control group and treatment group,with 37 in each. Patients in control group were treated with adenosylcobalamin,vitamin B1 ,dexamethasone and acyclovir,etc. , and patients in treatment group accepted SGB treatment on the basis of therapeutic schedule in control group. They both treated for 4 consecutive weeks,and patients with over 1 week of disease course in both groups were subjected to electro-acupuncture treatment. Clinical efficacy evaluation was conducted according to improvement of facial nerve function. Results .After 4 weeks treatment, facial nerve function scores of patients in both groups were markedly improved when compared to those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The facial nerve function scores and excellent ratio of efficacy of patients in treatment group were higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of combination of SGB,electro acupuncture and medicine in treatment of acute facial neuritis is superior to that of traditional treatment.
