氨溴索注射液辅治慢性支气管炎疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察氨溴索注射液辅治慢性支气管炎的效果。方法将60例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予抗炎、止咳、对症等治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用氨溴索注射液治疗。治疗后观察2组临床疗效、血气分析及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后PaO2和PaCO2水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论氨溴索注射液辅治慢性支气管炎临床疗效确切,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。
