摘要
海军航空兵机动转场时弹药装备的运输方式是长线运输、整体搬运,这种搬家式的转移效果差,造成诸多不良后果。提高转场效率的一个有效措施是就近调配,通过将弹药物资调配抽象为带有时间、成本和损失度等约束条下的多种物资运输问题,建立转场物资调配和运输模型,经验证,使用该模型可以优化载具的调配和物资运输方式,建立飞机转场,弹药装备就近调配的机动保障的新模式,实现快速应急反应。
When naval aviation does a transportation,all the ammunition equipments will transit,it is a long-term transport mode,and the effect is poor, resulting in many adverse consequences.It can be improved by deploying equipments nearly.This paper gives and validates a model for allocating and transporting equipments through changing ammunition transportation to transport problem with time,cost and loss degree constraints.The model can be used to optimize vehicles allocation and goods transport,building the new model for aircraft transitions and ammunition near deployment of mobile,and support rapid emergency response.
