摘要
目的探讨儿童SLE的临床特点。方法回顾性分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患儿的临床资料。结果 20例中19例行细胞片抗核抗体(Hep-ANA)、抗双链脱氧核糖核酸(ds-DNA)检查,19例Hep-ANA阳性,18例ds-DNA升高,其中1例有阳性家族史。早期误诊13例。结论儿童SLE临床表现复杂和病程迁延反复,早期易误诊及漏诊。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristic of children with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods Collecting 20 patients with the confirmed diagnosis of SLE, analyzed the clinical manifestation and experiment index of children with systemic lupus erythematosus. Results 19 cases antinuclear antibody were positive in 20 cases, 18 cases ds - DNA were heighten in 19cases, 1 casehad the positive family history. 13 cases were misdiagnosed in earlier stage. Conclusion There are many diversifies clinical manifestation of children with systemic lupus erythematosus, children with systemic lupus erythematosus are misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in earlier stage.
