摘要
1992~1995年进行了大豆灰斑病田间小区接种试验,获得了病叶率、病荚率、病粒率及大豆产量的系统资料。回归分析结果表明,大豆灰斑病病叶率与病荚率、病粒率之间及病荚率与病粒率之间均呈直线相关;病叶率、病荚率、病粒率与产量损失率之间亦呈直线相关,相关系数均达极显著水平,拟合率在80%以上。协方差分析结果表明,大豆品种的抗病性对这一相关关系有一定的影响。
Data on the rate of disease leaf, pod, grain of soybean frogeye leaf spot ( Cercospora so-jina Hara.) and soybean yield loss were obtained through inoculation in the fields in 1992 - 1995. The result of regression showed that the relationships between disease leaf, pod, grain of soybean frogeye leaf spot could be expressed individually by following linear regression equations. They are: PR = 0.7029+ 0.1457L± 1.4544, GR = 0.1585 + 0.0257L ± 0.2817, GR = 0.0978 + 0.1612P± 0.3382,PS = - 3.4944 + 0.6645L± 6.9724,GS= -0.4720 + 0.1404L± 2.7318,
GS - 0.0244 + 0.2384P ± 2. 6041. The relationship between yield loss of soybean with disease severity of leaf , pod , grain was positively linear correlated in cultivars both resistant and susceptible . The equations are YR = -0.0321 +0. 1724L± 1.6892,YR= -0.2015 + 1 .0223P±
2.6033, YR = - 0.7516 + 6.2489G± 1.7022, YS = - 0.2447+ 0.2543L± 2.9390, YS -1.3358 + 0.3850P ± 3.0568, YS = 1.6529 + 1.2956G ± 4.7708. The resistance of soybean cultivars to the disease could affect the relationship of soybean frogeye leaf spot.
