L-苹果酸降解菌酿酒酵母诱变育种

摘要 以江苏省农业科学院农产品加工研究所生物技术实验室筛选的具有降解L-苹果酸功能的酿酒酵母FM-sc-08为出发菌株,利用紫外线和60Co-γ射线2种诱变因子的协同作用对其进行诱变育种。结果显示,紫外线诱变之后获得1株降解L-苹果酸能力较出发菌株FM-sc-08提高11.23%的突变株FM1-53;用60Co二次诱变FM1-53,筛选获得1株降解L-苹果酸能力比FM1-53提高22.23%的突变株FM2-9,该菌株比原始菌株FM-sc-08的降酸能力提高29.45%。遗传稳定性试验结果表明,FM1-53和FM2-9菌株遗传性能稳定。
