摘要
[目的]探讨玻璃体内注射曲安奈德治疗黄斑水肿的临床疗效。[方法]对本院2009年3月至2012年3月收治的经检眼镜、荧光素眼底血管造影（FFA）和光相干断层扫描（0CT）等确诊的黄斑水肿患者32例，42只眼，行玻璃体内注射曲安奈德0．1mL（4mg）治疗。比较治疗前后患者视力，眼压，眼底情况以及视网膜厚度的变化。[结果]治疗后1、4、8个月的视力和视网膜厚度较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05），患者黄斑水肿明显消退，血管渗漏减少，较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05）。治疗后1个月平均眼压较治疗前上升，但无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后4和8个月恢复到正常水平。[结论]玻璃体内注射曲安奈德治疗黄斑水肿具有较好的疗效和安全性，值得临床推广使用。
[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of intravitreous injection with triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of macular edema. [Methods] A total of 32 patients（42 eyes） with macular edema diagnosed by ophthalmoscopy, fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA） and optical coherence tomography（OCT） in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2012 were treated with triamcinolone acetonide 0. 1ml（4mg）. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure, fundus oculi and the thickness of retina were compared and analyzed before and after treatment. [Results] Compared with before treatment, the visual acuity and retinal thickness at 1, 4 and 8 months after the treatment were significantly improved（P〈0.05）, and macular edema was obviously disappeared, and vascular leakage decreased（ P 〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the mean intraocular pressure increased one month after treatment, but there was no significant difference（ P 〉0.05）. Intraocular pressure at 4 and 8 months after treatment recovered to the normal level. [Conclusion] Intravitreous injection with triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of macular edema has good effect and safety, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
