摘要
往复式氢气压缩机一般选择油润滑,在工作时不可避免产生积炭;同时介质中也含有杂质,都会加剧活塞导向环的磨损,使其无法达到应有的使用寿命。维修人员调整了注油量,增加了导向环的厚度,使其达到使用寿命,对于此类压缩机有一定的借鉴意义。
Reciprocating hydrogen compressor is generally to select oil lubrication.Coke is inevitably produced when it is woking, meanwhile, medium contains impurities, which all can aggravate the wear of piston guide ring and make it cannot achieve the desired service life.Combining theoretical basis and practical experience ,maintenance personnel has adjusted oil injection and increased the thickness of guide ring, which can make it achieve the desired service life.It has a certain reference for similar type compressors.
